EGG SALAD WRAPS
I felt like egg salad, my daughter felt like wraps. So it was easy… The egg salad lasts in the fridge for a couple of days. So make enough because it is easy and delicious.
- 6 hardboiled eggs, smashed up coarsely
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sweet mustard
- 4 flour tortillas
- mixed leaves
Mix the eggs, mayonnaise and mustard. Place some leaves onto a tortilla, top with two or three tablespoons of the egg mixture and roll it up.
