EASY VANILLA CUP CAKES

I love this recipe, no fancy equipment. Just one mixing bowl and a whisk or hand mixer and you’re done.

  • 2 ½ cups cake flour
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup full fat milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • ½ cup sunflower oil
  • ½ cup water, room temperature
  • Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
  • Add all the ingredients to a mixing bowl and whisk until combined.
  • Spoon the batter in a greased muffin or cup cake pan and sprinkle with 100’s and 1000’s.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until done, when tested with a toothpick.
