EASY ROTI’S

My comfort food filled with green veggies and some BBQ sauce.

  • 2 cups of water
  • 2 cups of cake flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • butter or margarine
  • Bring water to boil. Add the sugar, salt, oil and flour.
  • Let it cook for 30 seconds while mixing.
  • Transfer the mixture to a flat surface. Knead the dough until well mixed.
  • Divide the dough in to portions and roll out to form roti’s.
  • Bake on medium heat in a pan.
  • Turn the dough until cooked on both sides.
  • Brush your roti with butter or margarine when taken out the pan.

Fill with your favourite veggies and barbeque sauce.
