EASY ROTI’S

My comfort food filled with green veggies and some BBQ sauce.
- 2 cups of water
- 2 cups of cake flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- butter or margarine
- Bring water to boil. Add the sugar, salt, oil and flour.
- Let it cook for 30 seconds while mixing.
- Transfer the mixture to a flat surface. Knead the dough until well mixed.
- Divide the dough in to portions and roll out to form roti’s.
- Bake on medium heat in a pan.
- Turn the dough until cooked on both sides.
- Brush your roti with butter or margarine when taken out the pan.
Fill with your favourite veggies and barbeque sauce.
