EASY LEMON VINAIGRETTE
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- ¼ tablespoon salt
- ¼ tablespoon black pepper
In a small bowl, add together all of the dressing ingredients.
Whisk well to combine.
Pour desired amount over salad.
Keep in the fridge.
