EASY CHEESE MUFFINS
Made super easy cheese muffins.
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup cake flour
- 1 cup cheese
- pinch salt
- sprinkle cayenne pepper
- 1 flat dessert spoon baking powder (dessert spoon = 12.5 ml)
Mix everything together, divide into sprayed muffin holes and bake at 210°C for 10 minutes.
Note:
This morning I added in cooked bacon, but you can also use a tin of creamy sweetcorn and then use about ½ cup of milk only.
