EASTER PUDDING

EASTER PUDDING

  • 6 hot cross buns, cut into blocks
  • 6 mallow easter eggs, cut into 3’s
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 3 eggs
  • ½ cup of sugar

Place buns and mallow eggs in a oven dish.
Whisk all other ingredients together and pour over buns.
Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C.
Serve with custard or eat as is.
