EASTER PUDDING

- 6 hot cross buns, cut into blocks
- 6 mallow easter eggs, cut into 3’s
- 2 cups of milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 3 eggs
- ½ cup of sugar
- Place buns and mallow eggs in a oven dish.
- Whisk all other ingredients together and pour over buns.
- Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C.
- Serve with custard or eat as is.
