DOG’S BIRTHDAY CAKE
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup peanut butter
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon honey or stock
- Frosting
- vanilla yogurt or cream cheese
- shredded carrots to decorate
Mix flour and baking soda first.
Add all other ingredients and mix well.
Spoon into cupcake cups and place on a baking tray.
Bake at 350ºF (180ºC) for 20 minutes or until done.
Let it cool and top with “frosting” to taste.
Note:
Can also bake in a cake tin for 40 minutes.
