DALGONA CHOCOLATE CHIP MUFFINS

Dalgona is a trending coffee at the moment and I just tried making a recipe using the Dalgona mix and it is incredibly delicious, moist and has a delicious flavour.

  • Dalgona mix:
  • 1 tablespoon coffee
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon boiling water
  • Dry ingredients:
  • 3 cups Cake flour
  • ½ cup cocoa powder
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • Wet ingredients:
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • ½ cup full cream milk

Make Dalgona coffee by combing coffee, sugar and boiling water.
Beat until frothy and leave aside.

Sift dry ingredients together and mix in chocolate chips, leave aside.
Beat together all wet ingredients.
Combine Dalgona mix, wet and dry ingredients.
Bake at 180ºC for 20 minutes in greased muffin tray.
