CURRIED SEED GRANOLA
Partykeer benodig mens bietjie crunch in jou lewe en as jy /keto/low carb of diabeties is mis mens dit erg! Hierdie is my curried seed granola, ek sprinkel dit oor alles wat ek kan! Roereier, devilled eggs, enige slaai, fyn avo, yoghurt-baie lekker. En dit hou vir maande in die yskas, maar glo my dit sal nie.
- 2 tablespoons ghee or coconut oil
- 3 – 4 teaspoons curry powder
- 2 teaspoons turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon chilli powder
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 250 ml sunflower seeds
- 125 ml pumpkin seeds
- 3 tablespoons each white and black sesame seeds
Melt the ghee or oil and stir through the spices and salt.
Mix the seeds through the spiced butter/oil, spread out on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Bake at 140 – 150ºC fan for 45 minutes, stirring twice (do not let it burn!)
Let the mixture cool, pour into a bottle and keep in the fridge.
