CUCUMBER, GRAPE AND BLUEBERRY SLUSHY
This heat in the Western Cape is leading to all kinds of clever drinks!
- ⅓ of an English cucumber
- 1 hand full of grapes
- 1 hand full of blueberries
- ice
Put everything in the blender and blitz! I halved my slushy mixture and strained all the fruit pieces to make a delightful clear ice drink.
