CORIANDER CHILLI SAUCE
- 2 to 3 fresh bunches of coriander
- 1 large tomato
- 2 garlic cloves, optional
- 1 table spoon cumin seeds
- ½ large lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 3 chillies (depending how hot you want it)
- 2 to 3 tablespoons sugar (depending on how sweet you want it)
- ½ cup water
Blend everything together until smooth.
Refrigerate in jars or glass bottles.
