CHOCOLATE ECLAIR CAKE
It’s so easy, you don’t even need a hand mixer or any other machine.🥰
- 2,5 cups cake flour
- 1,5 cups sugar
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- ½ cup of cooking oil
- 2 teaspoons vanilla essence
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup boiling water
- Icing:
- 1 cup fresh cream, whipped
- 1 tablespoon of icing sugar
- 1 large chocolate slab
- 4 tablespoons of milk
In a large bowl sift flour and baking powder. Add salt and sugar and mix.
In a separate bowl combine wet ingredients. (Milk, oil, vanilla essence, eggs, boiling water)
Add wet to dry ingredients and combine.
Bake at 180 ºC in 2 greased oven pans of your choice.
Cool and sandwich with fresh cream whipped with the icing sugar.
Finally melt the large slab of dairy milk chocolate with the milk in a double boiler on the stove top. Pour over cake.
