CHOCOLATE CUPCAKES
- 125 g margarine
- 1 ½ cups cake flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 4 teaspoons of baking powder
- 8 teaspoons of cocoa
- ½ cup milk
Use an electric mixer and mix all ingredients together for 3 minutes.
Bake in greased muffin tins or use paper cups at 180 ºC for 15 minutes.
Top with melted chocolate and decorate as you wish.
NOTE: Yields around 12 cakes. I made 12 and then used mini muffin tins for the rest.
