CHOCOLATE CAKE WITH ALMOND FLOUR
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 100 g almond flour
- 100 g Maizena
- 2 eggs
- 80 g sugar
- 150 ml milk
- 1 tablespoon bicarbonate soda
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- orange zest
- Ganaché:
- 100 g chocolate
- ¼ cup cream
- soup spoon of butter
Mix eggs and sugar in mixer, add melted chocolate and milk.
Mix well, add dry ingredients and teaspoon of orange zest.
Bake at 180 °C for 40 – 50 minutes.
For the ganaché:
Melt chocolate with cream.
Add butter at the end when chocolate is melted.
