CHOCOLATE BISCUIT TRAY BAKE

These are delicious

  • 250 g butter
  • 1 cups sugar
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup oil
  • 2 cups desiccated coconut
  • ⅓ cup cocoa
  • 3 cups cake flour
  • 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
  • ½ cup Maizena
  • 2 slabs Dairy Milk chocolate
  • 1 slab Milky Bar

Beat butter and sugar together.
Add the rest of the ingredients besides the flour and beat some more.
Gradually add in the flour until your get a good biscuit dough.
Spread the mixture in a large size Pyrex or oven tray.
Bake at 160 ºC for 25 minutes.
Switch off oven and leave inside for 10 minutes.
Remove from the oven, melt the milk chocolate and spread melted chocolate over whilst still hot.
Let it cool down and let the chocolate set.
Grate the milky bar over.
Cut into slices and enjoy.
