CHOCOLATE AND MARSHMALLOW POTJIE PUDDING
- 1 chocolate cake mix, plus ingredients listed on the back of the box
- 1 chocolate pudding mix
- 2 cups cold milk
- 1 cup marshmallows
- ½ cup white chocolate chips
- ½ cup chocolate chips
Prepare cake batter according to package directions and pour into greased potjie.
Prepare chocolate pudding mix with the milk.
Cover cake mix with marshmallows, then carefully spread pudding mix over marshmallows.
Top evenly with chocolate chips.
Cover and cook for 50 to 60 minutes or until edges are done and pudding is bubbly.
Serve with cream or ice cream.
