CHICKEN LAGAN
A very economical recipe. Double it if you have a large family. So easy to make.
- 2 large chicken fillets
- 1 teaspoon garlic
- 1 teaspoon green chillies
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3 beaten eggs
- ½ cup cake flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 x 420 g sweetcorn
- butter
Cook 2 large chicken fillets with a teaspoon of garlic, green chillies, salt and pepper.
Remove from heat, cool down and cut into smaller pieces.
Add the cream-style sweetcorn, eggs, cake flour and baking powder.
Mix well and spoon into a greased casserole.
Add some pieces of butter on the top, and bake for 20 minutes on 180° C.
