CHICKEN KEBABS

Cooking quick meals today.

  • Step 1: In a food processor add:
  • 500 g of chicken fillets
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • 2 green chillies
  • 1 tablespoon of dhania/jeera mix
  • 2 slices of bread
  • 1 egg

Blend until smooth and form into small balls. Shallow fry and leave aside.

  • Step 2: Make a chutney by sauteing:
  • 2 onions
  • Add the following:
  • 1 teaspoon chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon tumeric powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 sachet tomato paste

Allow  the chutney to simmer.
Finally add kebabs and let it simmer for a little while more.
Switch off and enjoy.
