CHICKEN KEBABS
Cooking quick meals today.
- Step 1: In a food processor add:
- 500 g of chicken fillets
- 1 tablespoon of garlic
- ½ teaspoon of salt
- 2 green chillies
- 1 tablespoon of dhania/jeera mix
- 2 slices of bread
- 1 egg
Blend until smooth and form into small balls. Shallow fry and leave aside.
- Step 2: Make a chutney by sauteing:
- 2 onions
- Add the following:
- 1 teaspoon chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon tumeric powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 sachet tomato paste
Allow the chutney to simmer.
Finally add kebabs and let it simmer for a little while more.
Switch off and enjoy.
