CHEESE STEAK POUTINE

This is so good!! If I use choose curds instead of regular cheese ( the last time I made it) my kiddo’s will even eat it minus the onion!
Quantities depends on the amount of portions you want to serve.

  • fries (homemade or frozen)
  • onions
  • green pepper
  • cheese
  • flank steak (any cut will do)
  • premade packet of gravy
  • salt
  • pepper
  • garlic
  • steak seasoning
  • Prepare the fries (I make homemade but any work!) season with some steak seasoning.
  • Sautéed onions and green pepper, season with salt, pepper and garlic.
  • Cheese (the most important part 😂 I like mine with cheese curds but regular cheese makes it cheaper!)
  • Cook or fry flank steak to taste (or any cut) and sliced super thin.
  • Gravy – you can make your own, I just use a premade packet and add a little worchestershire sauce!
  • Assemble – start with fries and stack the rest on top, with the hot sauce lastly, to melt the cheese a little.
  • Super filling and only takes about 20 minutes to make.
