CHEESE MUFFINS
Preheat oven 180°C.
- Dry ingredients sifted:
- 2 cups cake flour
- 2 cups grated cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- Mix:
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup milk or buttermilk
- 1 tablespoon grain mustard
- 2 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce
- ¼ cup oil (extra 1/4 cup oil for frying)
- Fry in extra ¼ cup oil (optional and whatever flavours you like)
- onion
- green pepper
- bacon
Let cool slightly and add to mixture, with oil that you used for frying.
Add everything in a bowl and mix. Spoon into muffin pans.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
