CABBAGE WITH CREAM AND CARAWAY SEEDS

- 1 small cabbage
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 45 ml butter
- 125 ml cream
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 5 ml caraway seeds
- Coarsely shred the cabbage. Rinse and drain.
- Melt the butter in a large pan and fry the onion and garlic until soft.
- Add the cabbage and toss over a medium heat.
- Stir in the cream, seasoning and caraway seeds.
- Transfer to shallow greased ovenproof dish.
- Cover and bake for 30 minutes at 160°C.
