BUTTERBEAN- AND TUNA DISH
- 1 can butterbeans
- 1 can tuna, shredded
- 1 pack 2 minute chicken noodles, precooked
- 1 teaspoon garlic, crushed
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 cup mixed vegetables
- rosemary, sweet basil and lavender, to taste
- cream, to taste
- paprika, to taste
Fry garlic and tuna in a hot pan, add precooked noodles and onion powder, as well as the chicken spice that comes with noodles.
Add the veggies, cook through till vegetables are ready.
Take the pan off the heat. Add Rosemary and lavender to taste.
Mix butterbean (discard the sauce) with the tuna mixture, fry a little, add some cream and paprika, cook till everything is hot and serve.
Note:
Personally I add fresh lavender, sweet basil and rosemary with all of my dishes. I grow them for my seafood dishes.
