BUTTER NAAN
Since you guys gave so much love for my butter chicken recipe, I have to share how to make the butter naan that goes so well with it.
- 4 cups of cake flour
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1 sachet instant yeast
- 1 cup of plain yoghurt
- 1 cup of full fat milk
- 4 tablespoons of butter
- 4 tablespoons of cooking oil
In a large bowl mix everything. Set aside for 2 hours.
Divide into 8 portions. Roll out each portion the size of a dinner plate.
Toast on a skillet or frying pan for about a minute per side and just smear butter on top of each one generously.
Super delicious.
