BREAD CRéME BRULéE

  • 150 g white bread
  • 300 ml milk
  • 10 ml vanilla essence
  • 3 eggs
  • 160 g sugar

Caramelize 60 g of sugar and transfer to a glass bowl.
Place the rest of the ingredients and the remaining 100 g sugar in a food processor and blend till a smooth creamy consistency.
Pour over caramelized sugar.
Place the bowl in a pot. Add water till about halfway up the bowl sides.
Place lid on pot and cook over medium heat for 35 minutes.
Turn out on a plate.
