BILTONG PASTA

  • 300 g biltong, sonder vet
  • Mature Cheddar
  • Feta kaas
  • 5 koppies gaar pasta van jou keuse
  • Kaassous:
  • Ongeveer 4 eetlepels botter
  • 2 eetlepels koekmeel
  • 2 koppies warm melk
  • 1 koppie mature Cheddar
  • sout en peper na smaak

Smelt botter in pan, sit meel by en roer tot ‘n pasta vorm vir so minuut.
Giet 2 koppies warm melk by en roer. Bring tot kookpunt en roer kaas in, roer tot gesmelt.
Sodra kaas gesmelt is in witsous, sit die biltong by en roer.
Sit laastens die gaar pasta by en krummel Feta bo-oor.
Jy kan ook gebraaide sampioene inmeng vir ‘n ander variasie.
