BEST SPICY MEAT RUB
- Mix the following together and keep in a sealed container:
- 50 ml brown sugar
- 25 ml Cayenne pepper
- 10 ml ground coriander
- 10 ml ground cumin
- 10 ml cajun spice
- 10 ml dried thyme
- 10 ml salt
- 1o ml ground black pepper
