BANANA BREAD

Cook: 45 - 60 minutes | Servings: 2 small loafs

BANANA BREAD

  • 4 cups cake flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 250g butter
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons bicarbonate of soda
  • 10 small bananas, mashed
  • 4 jumbo eggs
  • pinch of salt
  • Optional:
  • milk
Cream butter  and sugar together.
Beat eggs and add to butter mixture. Beat well.
Mix all dry ingredients together and add to mixture.
Add mashed bananas.
Mix into a dough, if too stiff, add a little milk.
Spoon the batter into 2 small prepared bread tins.

Bake at 180°C for 45 minutes to 1 hour till tested done.
