BAKED LEMON TART

Lemon tart ready for dessert tonight. You can use any pie crust of your choice.

  • Crust:
  • 2 packets of butter biscuits
  • 60 g butter

Crush biscuit and mix with melted butter. Press into a loose bottom pie dish – bottom only.
Put on the fridge for ½ hour.

  • Filling:
  • 300 ml cream
  • 120 g sugar
  • 100 ml lemon juice
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 egg yellow

Pre-heat the oven to 180ºC.
Mix all the filling ingredients together and spoon on-top of the pie crust.
Bake at 180 ºC for 30 min.
Let it cool down properly and enjoy.
