BACON BANANA FRITTERS

BACON BANANA FRITTERS

  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 1 ½ cups cake flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking power
  • 250 g crisp bacon, chopped
  • 6 large ripe bananas
  • oil for frying

In a bowl mix milk, eggs and oil together.
Add in the flour, salt, baking powder and bacon pieces and mix well.
Mash bananas and add into the batter mixture.
Drop spoonful’s in a frying pan with hot oil and fry until golden brown.
When done place on paper towels.
