ASPARAGUS AND TUNA CRUSTLESS TART

  • Mixture:
  • 1 tin tuna, drained
  • 1 tin cut asparagus, drained
  • 3 tablespoons capers
  • 1 tablespoon peppadews, chopped
  • 2 small red onions, diced
  • 1 cup cheese, type according to your taste
  • Topping:
  • 150 ml milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 30 ml cake flour
  • Aromat, salt and pepper to taste

Mixture:
Mix together and place in greased dish.

Topping:
Mix well. Pour over above mixture. Bake in oven for 40 minutes at 180 °C.
