ASPARAGUS AND TUNA CRUSTLESS TART
- Mixture:
- 1 tin tuna, drained
- 1 tin cut asparagus, drained
- 3 tablespoons capers
- 1 tablespoon peppadews, chopped
- 2 small red onions, diced
- 1 cup cheese, type according to your taste
- Topping:
- 150 ml milk
- 3 eggs
- 30 ml cake flour
- Aromat, salt and pepper to taste
Mixture:
Mix together and place in greased dish.
Topping:
Mix well. Pour over above mixture. Bake in oven for 40 minutes at 180 °C.
