AIRFRYER BREAD AND BUTTER PUDDING
- 4 slices bread, cubed
- ½ cup raisins
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- butter to dot
- 1 tablespoon apricot jam
- cinnamon to taste
Grease your dish – airfryer cake pan or similar size oven dish, about 7 inch diameter.
Preheat airfryer to 180°C.
Cut your bread into cubes and put in dish.
Add raisins and mix.
Sprinkle sugar over.
Add eggs and vanilla to milk and whisk well.
Pour over bread.
Dot butter all over the bread.
Dot apricot jam over.
Sprinkle cinnamon over, to taste.
Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes.
Enjoy with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or custard.
