AIR FRYER CHICKEN OR TUNA NUGGETS
- 300 g canned chicken or tuna, well drained
- 1 cup grated cheese
- 1 egg
- salt and pepper to taste
- dried parsley, chives, onion powder, garlic powder, etc, optional
Mix all the ingredients together and form into nuggets (press the filling tightly into your hand).
Place on baking paper in the basket of the air fryer and bake for 16 minutes at 200°C (turn over after 8 minutes).
Allow to cool slightly, and serve.
