30 MINUTE ROLLS
- 125 ml cooking oil
- 10 teaspoons sugar
- 6 cups cake flour
- 2 teaspoons powder yeast
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 egg
- 1 cup plus 2 teaspoons warm water
Mix water, sugar, yeast and baking powder. Let it stand for 10 minutes.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
Form 12 small balls and place on a greased baking tray.
Bake for 30 minutes at 150°C.
