3 INGREDIENT MUFFINS
- 1 cup self raising flour
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- pinch of salt
- cayenne pepper to taste, optional
Mix all ingredients together. I used my food processor. Fairly runny mixture. Spoon into prepared muffin pans and bake at 180°C for 20 minutes till golden brown.
A nice light bite.
