EASY VANILLA CUP CAKES

I love this recipe, no fancy equipment. Just one mixing bowl and a whisk or hand mixer and you’re done.
- 2 ½ cups cake flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup full fat milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- ½ cup sunflower oil
- ½ cup water, room temperature
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
- Add all the ingredients to a mixing bowl and whisk until combined.
- Spoon the batter in a greased muffin or cup cake pan and sprinkle with 100’s and 1000’s.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until done, when tested with a toothpick.
