COCONUT BISCUITS WITH OIL AND BUTTER

- 250 g butter
- ¾ cup of castor sugar
- ¼ cup of brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup of cooking oil
- 3 cups of dessicated coconut
- 3 cups of cake flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- Mix butter, sugars, oil and eggs together until smooth consistency.
- Add coconut and mix.
- Add sifted cake flour and baking powder and form a dough.
- Press down on a prepared surface.
- Cut out round shapes using a cooking cutter, place on a prepared baking tin, place a glaced cherry piece or sprinkles on top.
- Bake at 180ºC for 10 minutes.
