Top a fresh roll with lettuce, tomato, onion, gherkins and cooked ham and this delicious homemade mustard sauce.
- Honey, balsamic and whole grain mustard sauce:
- ½ cup honey
- ½ cup whole grain mustard
- ¼ cup Dijon mustard
- ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
- salt and pepper, to taste
- Combine ingredients by whisking together in a bowl or even shaking together in a salad dressing bottle.
- Use immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- Great for use on any type of sandwich, such as ham and cheese
