PANCAKE TACOS

I made these 2 days ago. I call them Pancake Tacos 🤭
I used a waffles recipe but cooked them on a flat iron pan as pancakes. Filled with honey, strawberries and cream.
- 1¾ cups cake flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1¼ cups milk
- ¼ cup melted butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Mix flour, sugar and baking powder in a bowl.
- In another bowl whisk milk, butter, eggs and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients gently.
- Pour batter into waffle iron and cook until golden. (This is where I used a flat iron pan instead of waffles maker)
- Finish off with honey, strawberries and cream or any filling of your choice, fold and decorate to taste.
