STRAWBERRY AND WHITE CHOCOLATE TART
- 1 pack strawberry jelly
- 1 strawberry pudding (angel delight)
- 1 can condense milk
- 250 ml hot water
- 250 ml double fresh cream
- 25 fresh strawberries
- 300 ml milk
- 2 packs coconut biscuits
- 2 packs white chocolate buttons
Make jelly with hot water and condense milk. Chill until set.
Make pudding and chill.
Cut half the strawberries into small bits.
Stiffen the cream and mix with chopped strawberries.
Mix all together with 1 pack buttons.
Layer with biscuits.
Top with remaining strawberries and buttons.
