WRAPS WITH EGG AND CHEESE IN FOIL
Ingredients are per person to prepare this lovely breakfast.
- 1 fresh wrap
- 2 slices of ham
- grated cheese
- 1 egg
Place the fresh wrap on a piece of foil big enough to cover the folded wrap.
Spread butter on the reverse side of the wrap.
Top with two slices of ham and a handful of grated cheese.
Make a hollow in the cheese.
Crack an egg in the hollow and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Fold the wrap edges over to cover everything and form a pocket.
Then fold the foil to keep the wrap together.
Bake for 15 minutes at 200°C.
Judge the baking time to the way you prefer your eggs to be cooked.
Remove from the foil, place on a plate and garnish.
To serve:
Place on the table with a fresh pot of tea and juice to be enjoyed with my wife.
Cut and enjoy!
