WEET-BIX PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES
My son dislikes most food hence me thinking up my own recipes. Today I made these cookies, no hard work, please note I mostly use my hands and no gadgets.
- Mix the following ingredients together:
- 6 tablespoons cake flour
- 2½ bricks Weet-bix, crushed by hand
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 5 tablespoons brown sugar
- Extra:
- ½ cup peanut butter
- 5 tablespoons margarine
Mixed the extra ingredients together with dry ingredients until smooth dough forms.
Make a ball with your hands, divide into 2.
Roll out into thick sausage like pieces.
Refrigerate for 1½ hours.
Cut into rings.
Place into baking tray and push the dough a bit flatter in pan.
Bake for 15 min on 180°C.
Let is cool inside the tray.
