VINNIGE KROEK FUDGE
Ek het lanklaas resepte gepos, nie oor ek ophou bak het nie, maar oor ek lui is. My seuns is nou altwee by die huis en hulle eet omtrent ‘n gat in my kas in – die maklike Kroek Fudge red my lewe:
- 2 pakkies Tennis beskuitjies, baie fyn gemaak
- 500 g versiersuiker, gesif
- 200 ml botter, gesmelt
- 1 blikkie karamel kondensmelk
- 5 ml vanilla geursel
- knippie sout
Meng alles mooi saam en druk vas in ‘n gespuite glasbak.
Plaas in die vrieskas vir 30 – 50 minute.
Sny in blokkies.

QUICK FAKE FUDGE
- 2 packs of Tennis biscuits, very fine
- 500 g icing sugar, sifted
- 200 ml butter, melted
- 1 can caramel condensed milk
- 5 ml vanilla essence
- pinch of salt
Mix everything well and press firmly into a sprayed glass bowl.
Place in the freezer for 30 – 50 minutes.
Cut into blocks.
