VERY BERRY HEALTHY BREAKFAST
- 100 ml yogurt
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon red food colouring
- 1 naartjie
- ½ cup berries (raspberries/blackberries)
Mix milk, chia seeds and food colouring together and chill in the fridge for two hours.
Pour some of the milk mixture in the bottom of a glass, top with a layer of yogurt, followed by a layer of fruit. Repeat the layers, ending with fruit.
Serve chilled for a delicious healthy breakfast
