Lockdown day#340🇿🇦 Chicken & veg curry with coconut milk served with turmeric & cumin naan breads. #instantpot 🍁🍂autumn colours🧡

  • 2 cups selfraising flour
  • 1 cup Greek double cream yoghurt
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric (the colour only starts showing when it’s fried)
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds

Mix everything well together. It might seem the mix is a bit dry but as soon as you start working it together with your hand it starts forming a dough.
Shape a sausage and cut into 8 equal sizes. Roll each piece into a ball and roll out on floured surface till approximately 2-3 mm thick.
Heat a pan and pour enough oil to just cover the bottom of pan when hot.
Fry the naan breads over medium heat for about 2 minutes per side.
