TROPICAL COLESLAW

Utterly delicious flavours.

  • Salad:
  • medium sized red cabbage, shredded
  • medium sized pineapple, cut into small cubes
  • 3 medium sized carrots, coarsely grated
  • 1 stick of celery, thinly chopped including the leaves
  • 1 large Granny Smith apple, washed and cut into cubes, skin on
  • Dressing: (depending on how wet you like it)
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon grainy mustard

Place all the salad ingredients in a salad bowl.
Mix the dressing ingredients thoroughly and mix with the salad.
