TROPICAL COLESLAW
Utterly delicious flavours.
- Salad:
- medium sized red cabbage, shredded
- medium sized pineapple, cut into small cubes
- 3 medium sized carrots, coarsely grated
- 1 stick of celery, thinly chopped including the leaves
- 1 large Granny Smith apple, washed and cut into cubes, skin on
- Dressing: (depending on how wet you like it)
- ¾ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup condensed milk
- 1 tablespoon grainy mustard
Place all the salad ingredients in a salad bowl.
Mix the dressing ingredients thoroughly and mix with the salad.
