TRADITIONAL CHOCOLATE BUSCUIT
- 125 g butter
- 1 cup sugar
- ½ cup oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 2 tablespoons Maizena/ corn flour
- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 2 cups of cake flour
Cream butter, sugar and oil until light and fluffy.
Add vanilla essence, Maizena, cocoa powder and baking powder and mix.
Finally mix in flour.
Shape into finger shapes and bake at 180 ºC for 15 minutes.
Coat with chocolate once cool totally.
