TRADITIONAL BREAD

Traditional bread I got the recipe from my Mom.

  • 1 cup luke warm water (add a little bit until thick enough)
  • 5 cups cake flour
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 10 g yeast
  • 125 g butter

Mix the dry ingredients in a big mixing bowl, add water little by little while mixing and also add the butter while you mix.
Knee until all ingredients fully dissolved and the dough is elastic.
Divide and make according to the number of rolls you prefer or as per your baking tin size.
Rub butter in all the corner of the pot and pack the rolls into the baking tin.
Place somewhere in warm temperature, for me I used sun for 30 minutes until they are well rise.
Preheat oven to 180ºC.
Bake for approximately 1 hour.
