TORTELLINI IN A CREAMY SAUCE
- 250 g tortellini
- 125 ml cooking cream
- 125 g of ham strips
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 onion
- 125 g of Parmesan cheese
- 50 g sun-dried tomato in oil
- salt/pepper/Italian seasoning to taste
Put a pan on the stove with water to boil for the tortellini.
Cut the sun-dried tomatoes into strips.
Put a little oil from the tomatoes in the pan, fry the onions and garlic until soft.
Place the tortellini in the boiling water and cook for 4 minutes.
Put the ham strips, tomatoes and cooking cream in the pan with the onions, add salt, pepper and Italian herbs to taste.
When the tortellini are ready, drain from the water and add them to the cooking cream mix.
Sprinkle with the cheese (we didn’t do that, it was the 1st time we ate it).
