TOMATO AND ONION RELISH
I have to share this. This is one of the best tomato and onion relish ever… according to my taste.
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 cup All Gold tomato sauce
- 1 cup water
- ¼ cup brown vinegar
- 5 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper, to taste
Put everything in a pot, let it boil down on a low heat and enjoy with pap and wors.
Add chopped gherkins then you have a wimpy relish… almost.
