THREE MINUTE PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE

“As promised Rina, here is my very un-photogenic peanut butter fudge a week late, sorry. 😉 This recipe makes 64 squares.”

  • 4 cups white granulated sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups smooth peanut butter

Use either a lined 23 x 23 cm square pan or a silicone pan.
Heat the sugar, milk and vanilla on high until the sugar dissolves.
Once it starts to bubble to a full rolling boil, set your timer for exactly three minutes. Cook and stir it often.
Add two cups of peanut butter and stir vigorously until well combined and the fudge loses its shine.
Pour into the silicone or lined pan. Use baking paper and a measuring cup to even the  fudge out.
Cool it at room temperature until completely cool.
Cut the fudge into squares.
